El Nido, Palawan

It's my second time to visit El Nido, Palawan. We arrived around 4 in the afternoon and decided to stroll the beach. I noticed that there are so many dogs everywhere. I was disappointed to see some dog poops scattering around. There are so many resorts and restaurant on the bay side. Most of them put some chairs and tables outside. While we're eating dinner on the beach, i saw another dog poop close to our table. I'm very sensitive about it but since i don't want to bother my friends, i tried to eat my food as fast as i can and not to puke. Also, there are some small insects flying around our food. It was super disgusting dinner ever. Good thing we didn't eat at the beach side anymore in the next few days of our stay there.

Just my advice to those who lives in El Nido who may happen to read my blog. Hope you could tell someone in the position not to allow dogs at the beach. People love to lay down on the sand also. If there are some dog poops everywhere, it's so gross to the max.

Thailand is Getting More Expensive

We've been to Thailand for 15 days (my 2nd time there). Bargain hunting is what i love doing. I was shocked with the prices in Bangkok. Even in McDonald's, mcmuffin with coffee costs like 70 baht or 140 pesos. In Philippines, it won't cost more than a P100. Even the cheapest T-shirts cost 80 baht or P160. In Robinson's pioneer, my friends and i bought a fake abercrombie shirts for only P50 or 25 baht hehehe. What pisses us more were the tuktuk or taxi driver. Going back to the hotel which is just walking distance but we decided not to walk coz we're all too tired, they wanted us to pay 150 baht *faints*. I know they asked more money from foreigners but my friends and i look Asians and can speak Thai yet they still want to extort money from us pfff. Too much!!!

I prefer visiting Chiang Rai province though. When you go to their Night Market or even Day Market, the items are cheaper. I was able to buy a necklace worth 80 baht, in Bangkok, it costs 2x! I also bought a sunglasses worth 40 baht which is 100 baht in the city :D
