I used Xend Express Standard International Shipping to USA. I'm relax because i know that the package can be tracked online. After 3 weeks, my buyer asked the status of the package.

It says it arrived in the US last March 30 and yet she claimed she didn't receive anything.
I emailed Xend's Customer Support to check the further status of the package.
For a week, they kept emailing me back that they're still waiting for the reply from their international partner. Are they serious??? Why it takes too long to get an answer? What's the use of the tracking?
Is it just for display?
